Legislative Committee
The AAN is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Nebraska while fighting to protect the rights of rental property owners. Because policies of the municipalities changes so often, it is nearly impossible for property owners to keep abreast on the new laws. Governmental Affairs is one of the major keys to the success of the AAN. Even when the Nebraska Legislature is not in session, our team is working harder than ever for you. AAN tracks new legislative activity and translates it into understandable and concise language.
