Rosa Wasson

Rosa is from Grand Island, NE, and has lived in Omaha since 2009. She has two beautiful children and an incredibly witty and inspiring husband. Rosa’s peak happiness is between spending quality time with her family and running. As Senior Director for Multi-Family Operations for DP Management, LLC, Rosa oversees the day-to-day operations of the company's Residential portfolio. She has over 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate and client services, including third-party property and asset management. Rosa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) accreditations through the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).
