Lizze Wheeler

Investment Properties Lizze has been in the Property Management field for 13 years with
Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) starting her career as a part-time Leasing Specialist while obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. She found her love for the industry evolve over the years and has enjoyed assisting prospects find their next place to call home, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with each during their residency. Lizze has earned her CAM designation and is now a Regional Manager with CIP currently overseeing just shy of 1,300 units within the Omaha & West Des Moines market. She continues to enjoy interacting with prospects and residents while on-site as well as growing her knowledge and mentor others. Lizze also currently serves as a chair on the Education committee. When she is not working, Lizze enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their 4-year old son, Camden, outdoors, when the weather is favorable.
