About AAN

Who are we?

The Apartment Association of Nebraska, Inc. (AAN) was founded by a group of property managers and owners in July of 2002. Their vision included an association that would help create and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multi-family rental housing industry. On October 5, 2002 the AAGOL received it’s charter from the National Apartment Association (NAA).  In 2014, the name was changed to the Apartment Association of Nebraska to better represent our membership.
