Holly Peszulik

Holly (Willis) Peszulik is an Account Manager for Artisent Floors for Greater Omaha and Lincoln.  Holly joined Artisent Floors in June 2016 but has been in the multifamily industry for 7 years.  She has over 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing with 4 national companies; Artisent Floors, RentPath, CORT and Collette Vacations. Holly earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Mass Media Communications graduating Cum Laude from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia in 2006.  She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).  She has been on the Stars of Excellence committee since 2007 and also chairs the Supplier Committee. Aside from work and AAN, Holly enjoys participating in and watching sports, fantasy football, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Holly married her husband, Jeff, in 2014 on a beach in Hawaii and they are expecting their first child in September 2017!
