You should have received your 2021 and/or your 2022 credential renewal invoice recently. Remember, credential renewal requires both payment of all renewal dues and submission of all required CECs. CEC guidelines have changed effective 1/1/21. Please review the new CEC guidelines.
If you have not received your credential renewal invoice, please do the following:
|✔||Check your spam/junk folder for an emailed invoice email@example.com with the subject line “Credential Invoice.”|
|✔||To renew your credential online, please visit www.naahq.org/renewals|
|✔||To pay your invoice by credit card, please log in to www.naahq.org and visit www.naahq.org/payments|
|✔||To earn continuing education credits (CECs), check for courses at your local apartment association or visit GoWithVisto.org|
If you still cannot locate your invoice, please contact our Client Solutions Center at833-86-MYNAA (69622), and select option 2. Representatives will be able to email your invoice and/or update your contact information, if necessary.
