NAA Credential Holders

NAA Updates,

You should have received your 2021 and/or your 2022 credential renewal invoice recently.  Remember, credential renewal requires both payment of all renewal dues and submission of all required CECs. CEC guidelines have changed effective 1/1/21. Please review the new CEC guidelines.

If you have not received your credential renewal invoice, please do the following:

   ✔ Check your spam/junk folder for an emailed invoice with the subject line “Credential Invoice.”
   ✔ To renew your credential online, please visit
  To pay your invoice by credit card, please log in to and visit
  To earn continuing education credits (CECs), check for courses at your local apartment association or visit


If you still cannot locate your invoice, please contact our Client Solutions Center at833-86-MYNAA (69622), and select option 2. Representatives will be able to email your invoice and/or update your contact information, if necessary.
