Education Webinar- A Sense of Community

Bill joined the Apartment Life team in 2018. Prior to joining Apartment Life, Bill worked in both the church and nonprofit worlds, and spent more than 10 years building community within the multifamily industry through another nonprofit. He holds several masters degrees in both ministry and business. He also dabbles in apartment investing and operating. Bill, his wife Stephanie, and their four young girls live in Illinois, which is why he loves traveling to a warm beach whenever possible. He believes some of the strongest indicators of genuine community include neighbors who are inspired to care for each other, people inviting their friends to live in their community, and people feeling like their neighborhood is different than any other they’ve experienced.
