Finding and retaining qualified leasing professionals continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing the multifamily industry. Effective onboarding requires significant time and resources, and new team members often need extensive training before they can confidently contribute on-site.

The Leasing Professional Program was developed to help bridge that gap by preparing individuals with the foundational knowledge, skills, and professionalism needed to begin a successful career in apartment leasing. Through a combination of industry-specific training, customer service techniques, sales fundamentals, communication strategies, and professional development, students gain the confidence and competencies employers are seeking in today's leasing teams.

Classes will be held Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., July 13–24.
