Overcoming Objections & Connecting to Close

Objections are a natural and necessary part of the sales process. In this engaging, interactive 3-hour session, participants will learn how to shift their mindset and approach objections not as barriers, but as buying signals and opportunities to move the conversation forward.

Through real-world leasing scenarios, practical dialogue, and proven sales strategies, this session equips participants with the tools to confidently identify and classify objections, respond with intention, and connect features to benefits in ways that resonate with future
residents. Participants will also explore effective closing techniques and learn how to apply them authentically to improve outcomes and increase closing ratios.

This session emphasizes mindset, service, and connection, reinforcing that when we change the way we look at objections, the results we achieve change as well.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Identify objections as buying signals
2. Classify common leasing objections and apply effective responses
3. Apply closing techniques to improve results.
