We have students ready to begin their half-day internships from 1:00–5:00 PM starting Oct 13th, transitioning to full-time hours 8:00–5:00 from November 24th to December 12th, leading up to graduation.Internship Details:

Students must be paired with a current maintenance technician for hands-on learning and mentorship.

Students should be brought on as part-time or temporary employees at $15/hour during the program.

Following graduation on December 12th, you may extend a full-time offer at your discretion.

Nebraska Maintenance Academy will invoice in three installments of $1,300 after the initial offer has been made for full employment.
What to Expect:

You will meet with qualified students who have completed or are currently enrolled in the Nebraska Maintenance Academy program.

Each student will have a brief interview slot to share their skills, training, and career goals.

Tables will be provided for your company’s use—feel free to bring any branded materials or handouts.
