Do you have, or are you, a new property maintenance technician looking to grow your technical skills? Join the NMA's January 2026 Class and obtain over 240 hours of hands-on education.
The NMA was created to assist the multifamily housing industry by providing vocational training and certification programs to fill key maintenance roles in the state of Nebraska. Our mission is to offer training to any individual who desires a meaningful career.

- Groundskeeping
- Tile and Flooring
- Pool Maintenance/CPO
- OSHA 10 Certification
- EPA 608 Instruction and Exam
- First Aid/Safety/CPR/AED
- Customer Service
- Financial Planning
- Interview and Interpersonal Skills
Practicum & Hands-On Training
The program is designed to include an on-site practicum. This will provide students with additional hands-on training to increase competency and confidence.
The program will run as follows;
- January 12th - January 30th 8:00 am-5:00 pm at the AAN
- February 2nd - March 20th, Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm at the AAN office 1:00pm-5:00pm onsite at property.
- March 23rd- April 2nd Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm onsite at property
- Graduation will be held on Thursday, April 2nd.
