Dealing with Difficult People
Every person faces conflict. What makes conflict negative or positive is how it is handled. This course teaches participants how to manage emotions during conflict while working collaboratively toward a resolution.

Charity has a B.S. in Human Services and Administration, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Iowa and is currently working on her Masters in Human Resources, Training, and Development. She has worked at Seldin Company for seven years and is currently the VP of Human Resources.
