1 half-day Class on good customer service and situation de-escalation.
Intensive Program Synopsis:
The customer isn’t always right but they are always the customer. This is an information filled class for the newer technicians joining the Maintenance field. We will share good customer service techniques as well as De escalation techniques along with practical role playing.
Class runs from 8:00 am-12:00 pm
