- Repair specifics by appliance type- Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer, Dryer

Chuck Ketchum is the head Instructor of the Nebraska Maintenance Academy. He is a seasoned veteran of the multifamily industry that brings a fun no-nonsense approach to maintenance instruction.
