Kevin Hopp, Legal Counsel --Kevin is a Nebraska licensed attorney practicing since 1986. He earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska in 1983, and a law degree from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1986. From 1988 until 1994 he was legal counsel to the Omaha Housing Authority while in practice with the firm of Richards, Riekes, Brown and Zabin. He opened his own practice in 1999 and has continued to provide legal services to many property management companies and property owners in Eastern Nebraska. The primary focus of his practice includes all areas of landlord and tenant law, property management, fair housing, real estate, estate planning and probate and has earned an “AV” rating, the highest available from the legal reference Martindale Hubble. He has served as legal counsel for the Apartment Association of Nebraska since 2004 and has provided the National Apartment Association with counsel and guidance in developing it’s apartment lease and forms for use in the State of Nebraska.
