Property Manager for J Development Company
Raised a “military brat”, Jennifer has traveled around the southern United States most of her life before relocating to the Council Bluffs, IA area with her husband. Currently the Area Property Manager for J Development Company, where she manages 3 Council Bluffs properties and assists the owners with training new employees. Jennifer has been in Property Management since 2013, and has worked in Multi-Family, Tax Credit and Mobile Home Communities before coming to the Council Bluffs area and working for J Development. Jennifer graduated college in 2015 with her business degree from the University of Phoenix and obtained the CAM designation in 2020. Along with property management, Jennifer was also in the hospitality and tourism career field for 10 years where she worked in hotel management and tourism at the Kingsland Georgia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
