You MUST attend all five days. 

Day 1-Monday, March 10th from 9 am-5 pm

Day 2-Tuesday, March 11th from 9 am-5 pm

Day 3-Wednesday, March 12th from 9 am-5 pm

Day 4-Thursday, March 13th from 9 am-5 pm

Day 5-Friday, March 14th from 9 am-5 pm

To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:

• Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
• Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
• Meet all examination standards within six (6) months of declaring candidacy

Desiree formerly served as the Director of Talent Development for a national property management company and has developed educational programs, and seminars that are timely, relevant, and informative. Desiree has over 25 years of multifamily experience and has a passion and innate gift for training and developing others. Desiree has presented across the country at national multifamily events, and her impact has been felt on so many learners who enjoy her enthusiasm & humor. She is an NAAEI Facilitator and an active member of NAAEIs Curriculum Committee and NAAEI Education Advisory Board and remains heavily involved with the evolution of NAA designations and its curriculum.
