Providing maintenance professionals with essential knowledge of Fair Housing laws and how they apply in day-to-day maintenance operations. Participants will learn the basics of the Fair Housing Act, protected classes, and common maintenance-related situations that can lead to unintentional violations. The course will cover topics such as service request prioritization, reasonable accommodations and modifications, accessibility standards, and appropriate resident interactions.
