We are auctioning off the naming rights to our main classroom, maintenance classroom, and cafe. All funds raised from the auction will be used for the Development Center.
Apartment Association of Nebraska
The Apartment Association of Nebraska (501C6) is the local affiliate of the National Apartment Association. Our mission is to communicate, educate, and lobby for the multifamily industry. We opened the doors to the AAN Development Center on April 1st 2017 and are putting the finishing touches on your new home for learning. The Development Center will provide a place for learning for Leasing Professionals, Property Managers, Regional Managers and a dedicated area for hands-on learning for Maintenance Technicians.
