Holli Tingelhoff

Holli Tingelhoff, President – CAM - Holli began her career in property management with Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) as a full time Leasing Consultant in 2006. She joined Elevate Living in 2007 and advanced to Regional Manager within a year and after 7 years returned to CIP. Before beginning her career in property management, she attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Special Education and graduated Cum Laude. Holli has been on the Board of Directors since 2010 and served as President for three terms in 2014-2016. In her free time, she enjoys all outdoor activities, gardening, cooking, and crafting projects from barn wood. She loves every second she gets to spend with her big family and beau, James.
