Jessica Opat-Szapacs

With more than 14 years in the property management industry, Jessica Opat-Szapacs has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position as a Senior Regional Portfolio Manager for Seldin. She obtained her CAM designation from the NAAEI in 2019 and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Fort Hays State University in December of 2022. She is pursuing her MBA at Penn State University with expected completion in May 2026. Her portfolio consists of conventional properties in Omaha, Lincoln, Sioux City, IA, and San Antonio, Tx. Jessica has overseen conventional, value add, Student, Section 8, LIHTC, Senior, and adaptive reuse multifamily housing as well as single family homes during her career. Jessica’s expertise lies in financial analysis, asset preservation, information systems, and operations. From Kansas originally, Jessica is passionate about Braves baseball, college football, running, and animal welfare. In her free time, she enjoys harassing her teenagers, training her youngest on the merits of sarcasm, posting cat photos on Facebook, travel to mostly beach destinations, and testing the limits of her husbands' patience by smuggling animals into their house.
